2. No Server-Side Storage (100% Client-Side Privacy)
We do not maintain a central database or collect your private information on our servers. Any notes, trading plans, or observations you record in the Private Trading Journal are stored exclusively inside your own browser using HTML5 LocalStorage.
Because this data never leaves your device:
- We cannot read, modify, or share your journal entries.
- Your data remains entirely private to you.
- If you clear your browser's history/storage, or use a different device, your journal data will be cleared, as we do not sync your notes online.
3. Google User Data Policy
Our portal utilizes Google Identity Services for basic, secure authentication. When you log in:
- We securely request access to your basic public profile details: Name, Email address, and Profile Picture URL.
- This data is processed locally within your browser to verify your identity, render your greeting (e.g. "Welcome, [Name]"), and key your journal entries so they are separated by user profile.
- We **never** transmit your email, profile information, or credentials back to our servers, and we never share it with third parties.
4. Third-Party Services & Links
Our site communicates with Google APIs to verify identity. These interactions are governed directly by Google's privacy policies. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of external applications or platforms, such as NinjaTrader, Discord, or hosting services.
